Refund policy

At Track Art, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. As most items are stocked in limited batches and some may be made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. After this period, production or dispatch may have begun and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Please note, all international orders may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
